Dr. Rachana Sameer Deshpande

Dr Rachana Deshpande is a practising Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Fertility specialist in Thane. She is a trained Cosmetic Gynaecologist and pioneers in Vaginal Aesthetic services in Thane. She is trained from prestigious Grant medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals. She topped the post graduate examination at J.J Hospital and was awarded the best Resident award by the department. She has worked at Rajawadi Hospital and has undertaken training for postgraduates. Being trained in basic and advanced Infertility (IUI and IVF-Test tube baby treatment) from Indian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ICOG), she has given a new ray of hope to many helpless infertile couples.

Apart from her special interest in fertility, she excels in performing Diagnostic and Operative Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic surgeries, transvaginal ultrasonography. She is well versed in pre-marital counselling, puberty disorders, managing PCOS, Menopause, bleeding disorders, fibroid management. She is also trained in performing Internal Iliac Artery Ligation, a life saving procedure for postpartum haemorrhage.

She has presented many papers in state and national conference and won awards for the same. To her feather are also many publications in index journal.
